The clauses

Acceptance

These terms apply to letsbeacreator.com, the website of creat.or. Read them before you use the site. Services bought from creat.or are governed by a separate signed agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

By opening or using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

Who we are

creat.or is a creator agency in Miami, Florida. Creator Agency Inc. is the trade name of AF Agency Inc., a Florida corporation. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AF Agency Inc., trading as Creator Agency Inc. “You” means the person using this site.

Use of this site

You may read the site, and you may copy pages for your own reference. Everything else needs our written permission. You agree not to do any of the following.

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks a law that applies to you.
  • Copy, scrape, republish or resell any part of the site for commercial purposes.
  • Interfere with the site, its security, or the servers and networks it runs on.
  • Present yourself as creat.or, or suggest an association with us that does not exist.

Our content

The text, photography, video, design, wordmark, icon and software on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. The creat.or name and mark are ours. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you.

A photograph of a person named on this site shows that person and carries a credit. Studio and set images may be produced or generated for the site. Nothing on this site implies an endorsement beyond what a page states.

If you want to use an image, a mark or a piece of writing from the site, write to us first at contact@letsbeacreator.com.

Material you send

If you email us a pitch, a brief, a portfolio or any other material, keep a copy. We treat what you send as confidential where you ask us to, but sending it does not create a contract, a partnership or an obligation on our side to take the work.

Anything you send through a form on this site, including an application or a brief, reaches us on the same terms as anything you send by email.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you send, including rights in the people, music and brands that appear in it.

Third party links

The site may link to services we do not operate, including social platforms and storefronts. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your data. Their terms apply when you are on them.

No offer or advice

The site describes what creat.or does. It is not an offer to enter into a contract, and it is not legal, financial or tax advice.

Platform access

The creat.or platform is a separate product. Access is requested through us and is granted case by case. Any screen shown on this site is an illustration of the product and does not represent the performance of any creator, brand or campaign.

When platform access is granted, it is governed by the agreement issued with it, not by this page.

Availability

We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, and we can change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. Using the site means you accept the handling described there.

Changes

We can update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and the version published here is the one that applies. Check the page again if you use the site regularly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. The courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
