What this website collects, why, how long it is kept, who else sees it, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
creat.or is a creator agency in Miami, Florida. Creator Agency Inc. is the trade name of AF Agency Inc., a Florida corporation. AF Agency Inc. is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy covers letsbeacreator.com. It does not cover the creat.or platform, which is a separate product with its own terms given at the point of access.
This website has one form, on the contact page, the brands page, the creators page and the crew page. There are no accounts and no sign up.
The form collects what you are (a brand, a creator, a service provider, an agency or something else), your name, your email address, your phone number, what you write in the message field, your Instagram handle when you give it, and the page the form was sent from. A creator and a service provider must give the Instagram handle.
A brand also gives its company, its budget band and its timing. A creator also gives a follower band, the type of content and the goals picked in the form. A service provider also gives a city and a service. An agency also gives the agency name.
Other things happen when a page loads or when you write to us directly.
This site sets no advertising cookie, runs no advertising pixel, and runs no cross-site tracker.
Form data exists so we can read your application, your brief or your message and answer it by email or by phone. Server records exist so the site can be delivered, so faults can be found, and so abuse can be blocked. Font files are served from our own host so the page renders in the typeface it was designed in. Email exists so we can answer you.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use any of the above to make automated decisions about you.
Form submissions are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
Some providers process data on our behalf or receive it as a result of how the page is built. Every one of them is named here.
No one else receives your data from this site, except where we are required by law to hand something over.
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also ask us to stop writing to you. Requests are answered within 30 days of receipt, at no cost.
Send the request from the address the data is about, or tell us which address it concerns, so we can find it without asking for more information than we need.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to the address above and we will delete it.
When this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date at the top. The date above is the date the current version took effect.
